CST Construction, LLC is a certified general contractor in the state of Florida, and is led by Steele Taylor. Steele graduated cum laude from Auburn University’s Building Science program. Upon graduating, he began work with one of the largest construction companies in the United States. Throughout his career, he has been a part of more than $1 billion in complex construction projects such as large industrial manufacturing facilities, Class A commercial office spaces, luxurious clubs and restaurants, as well as stadiums and various other one of-a-kind projects. Steele is an extremely knowledgable, qualified, and experienced leader who will be able to expand the operations of the business for years to come.

Safety Culture
CST Construction’s number one goal on every project is to provide a safe environment for everyone who steps foot on the property. Both clients and workers benefit from CST’s safety program and we are firm believers that a safe work place is a key element to operational excellence. Our policies help eliminate injuries and property damage while also meeting or exceeding all industry standards.
Procurement
CST Construction utilizes industry leading tools and software to streamline the procurement process. This allows us to keep all of our bidding projects in one easily accessible location for us and our potential subcontractors. This web-based application stores all documents and files pertinent to each bidding project and allows us to keep all incoming bids organized as we see fit. In addition to procuring our bids through this system, we also have an extensive pre-qualification process to vet each potential subcontractor. This process requires each subcontractor to submit company history, backlog, current commitments, insurance information, biding information, etc.
Contract Management
We pride ourselves on having 100% of our prime contracts negotiated. This demonstrates the confidence and trust that our clients have in us. We work hard to ensure that all subcontracts are built on a solid contractual foundation. In our opinion, effective contract management is the cornerstone to a successful project.
Risk Management
CST Construction carries industry General Liability coverages. Project specific policies are also purchased depending on volume and needs.
